Nidrâ Yoga workshop in Nîmes ~ Vishnu Granthi

This year the workshops will focus on the 3 main energy centers (Granthi) linked to vitality, affection and the mind.
On the 19th january workshop, we will mainly explore Vishnu Granthi which is linked with the emotions, feelings and affectivity.
In the traditions of different yogas, the Granthi are presented as energetic “resistances” of the human being. During the workshops, we visit these areas with the aim of bringing fluidity, for a life with more awareness and fulfillment. We will enter into practices of deep relaxation of the body and mind and will explore the breath, the connection to the energetic body and exercices which promote the meditative state
