Workshops and events

Nidrā Yoga workshops are offered one sunday per month in Nîmes or in the Cévennes area. The workshops allow you to deepen the practice and teachings of Nidrā Yoga.

We will enter into practices of great relaxation and explore the yama and niyama (based on the teachings of the Jabala Darshana Upanishad). According to Nidrā, they are natural qualities to rediscover which allows us to “protect the mind” so that it establishes itself in a state of deep silence.

Kirtan, sacred chants and other events will be organized by the Karuna association. In July 2026, 3 days of immersion in Yoga and wisedom from India with the Purusha Festival.
