The workshops focus this year on the 3 main energy centers (Granthi) linked to vitality, affection and the mind.
During the 17th november workshop, we will mainly explore Brahma Granthi linked to vitality, power and sexuality
In the traditions of different yogas, the Granthi are presented as energetic “resistances” of the human being. During the workshops, we visit these areas with the aim of bringing fluidity, for a life imbued with more awareness and fulfillment. We will enter into practices of great relaxation of the body and mind and will explore the breath, the connection to the energetic body and the practices which promote the meditative state.
