In the traditions of different yogas, the Granthi are presented as energetic “resistances” of the human being.
They affect the areas of vitality, affectivity and understanding. During the workshops, we will visit these areas with the aim of bringing fluidity, for a life imbued with more awareness and fulfillment.
Possibility of following a workshop or several workshops
Participation: €35 per workshop (10 a.m.-12:30 p.m.) – €130 for the full cycle
15€ deposit for a workshop or 40€ for the cycle to be sent to Association Karuna 248 impasse de la Cabane Lézan.
